‍This should have been one of the best journeys of my life. 
After years of hard work, I was finally ready to purchase property. 
I'd saved, planned, and dreamed about this moment.
Instead, it became a nightmare of wasted time, broken trust, and costly mistakes.

‍The Pain I Lived Through
‍Every time I wanted to purchase a property, the cycle began again. 
‍
Months spent hunting for a real estate agent I could trust. Was this person really working in my best interest? Or were they just seeing dollar signs and their next commission?

I couldn’t tell  they were fair, if they truly understood my goals, or if they even cared.

I went through so many property experts, each promising they'd guide me right. Mortgage brokers who were friendly until they realized they couldn't extract more business from me then suddenly, I wasn't worth their time. 

Real estate agents who disappeared the moment the deal got complicated. Or to explain simple information. 

Conveyancers? I wasn't even sure if they were doing their job properly. No one explained the process. No one seemed invested in making sure I understood what was happening with the biggest financial decision of my life.

Then came the insurance brokers. Every year, premiums would skyrocket. Some brokers would just let my policy lapse without warning. I'd scramble to find someone new, start the entire process over, compare quotes, explain my situation again and again. Wasting time and effort for something that should’ve been taken care of.
